The weather yesterday couldn't have been more perfect for the opening - especially after Friday night. It was a lot of fun, there was a sale made and it was great seeing everyone. My thanks to the artists who exhibited and especially to Janet, for all of her help and hard work at the library.Our next show will be in August at Sara Irby's Studio A on Princess Anne. I'm really looking forward to this one because it'll be our first opportunity to exhibit the work that we create at Life Drawing each week. I plan on repeating a pose during upcoming sessions so we'll have more time to develop our drawings.
I'll be planning another wet session (or 2) before August. FYI - this session is not just for painters, it's also an opportunity for drawers to spend 3 hours on one pose.
Les will be posing on June 4th. See you then.
