How to Have a Perfect Evening ...
... get together with some wonderful people, celebrate with Champagne, listen to great music by Monk or Bach and draw a perfect model! Thank you, to those who attended the session last night, brought such great things to eat and who are so supportive of Figure Drawing - all year long.
Our thanks, also, to Janet - always the perfect model but particularly magnificent last night!
We'll be taking next week off and meet again on January 3rd to draw Felix at Read All Over Books.

Back on Track
We were back "home" at Read All Over last night, drawing a new model and catching up. It was a great turnout of artists - who created beautiful work. Our thanks to Beth, for her lovely, graceful poses.
I'm looking forward to upcoming events for 2012! We'll celebrate our second year of Figure Drawing in May and have our second show in the Library Atrium in June and it'll be here before you know it! In the meantime, we hope to welcome new artists, new models, listen to new music and continue to hone our skills with life drawing.
Monday, December 19th, Janet will be posing for us, unclothed. There will be NO DRAWING ON DECEMBER 26th.

A La Bibliotheque
We had fun in a new venue tonight - the library auditorium. We drew Linda in her wedding dress, welcomed a new artist and, thanks to Brian, got to listen to some wonderful new music.
