Music Free

It was so nice to be back at figure drawing after Thanksgiving and holiday travels, even though my head was still on vacation (I forgot the music). It was great to be together again doing what we love!


Thank you Felix, for your creative, well thought out poses ... always so wonderful.

Next week, we'll be drawing Linda, clothed, on Tuesday, December 6th in the library auditorium. Because we have to be out of the library by 9, the session will be 6 - 8:30. Since it's an open ... and clothed session, timing isn't that critical, so get there when you can. This session's for Ed (on Tuesday) and the Figure Drawing Show at the library in June. Please email me with any suggestions about what we would like Linda to wear or bring.

Drawing Again!

Here's hoping the tryptophan coma has worn off and we'll see you back at Read All Over, on Monday, November, 28th - drawing Felix, unclothed. 6:45 - 9:30!

... I think that's what we had the opportunity to do last night. Linda's beautiful poses made drawing seem so easy and relaxed. What a wonderful time and such great work by everyone!


We welcomed a new artist, got to see some incredible new work by another artist and even got to eat birthday cake! It was a marvelous night, thank you all for coming and continuing to support Figure Drawing. Our thanks also, to Linda, for positively perfect poses. 


There will be no drawing next week. Felix will be posing for us, unclothed, on Monday, November 28th.

Catching Up

What a week! Sorry for the long delay in getting drawings posted and notifications out!


It was a small group to draw Janet in her L.B.D. and red rose in her hair. Thank you Janet, for being so at ease with us and such a pleasure to draw. These clothed sessions will be our entries for the Figure Drawing Show at the Library in June, so come draw with us!


THIS WEEKEND! Please try to make it to Bruce Day's New Work - November 12th and 13th from 12-5 pm. Market Square Alley (behind 906 Caroline St) Fredericksburg. 
ALSO! ART IN COMMON Debut Show and Book Launch - November 12th 4 - 6:30 at Lee's Retreat at the Blue and Gray Brewery 3300 Dill Smith Dr. Fredericksburg.


Linda will be posing on Monday, November 14th, unclothed. I'm hittin' the road so we won't be drawing on Monday the 21st - the week of Thanksgiving.
