Lazy Days of Summer

A great night for drawing! Thank you artists and thank you Felix - our terrific model for the evening.

Figure Drawing will be cancelled next week, so we can all watch the fireworks on the 4th. I hope to see you all back at the bookstore on July 11th.

Don't forget to deliver your artwork to the library atrium on July 6th, before 10 am.

Takin' Care of Business

Last night, the work for the Figure Drawing Group Show was selected, which was so much fun to watch and so difficult because everyone's work was just magnificent. It's going to be a beautiful show and a great highlight for this amazing group of very talented artists!

We also made our plans for marketing the show and the opening reception in the Main Library Auditorium on Saturday, July 16th.

And finally ... we got to draw. Thank you, K.C., for your graceful poses (despite a headache) and to all of the artists who support Figure Drawing each week.

Next week, June 20th, Linda will be posing for us, unclothed. Hope to see you there!
