Good Times, Great Music

A great night of drawing. Thank you Janet, for your lovely poses ... and Leigh for great music!

Models are all booked for May and I hope to see you all next month. We're looking forward to celebrating our 1st year of Figure Drawing!

Felix will be posing on Monday, May 2 at Read All Over Books. It is an open, uninstructed session, no pressure, no critiques ... unless you want them! Come relax and draw with us!

We love drawing Linda's beautiful poses and her gentle demeanor. I think that delicacy comes through in everyone's work.

It was a great night, as always. Thank you, to all who attended and thank you Linda, for inspiring us!

Next week, Monday, April 25th, Janet will be posing for us, unclothed. Join us for a relaxing, evening of drawing.

Reminder: Digital images are due by June 1st for consideration for the Figure Drawing Show at the library in July. Joseph Di Bella will be jurying our work. Please send all entries, in a jpeg format, to Susan Ishii at jsishii@verizon.net. The images should be work from our sessions and clothed models only. All selected work will have to be framed for hanging in the library atrium.

Mellow

It was a wonderful, relaxing night drawing a magnificent model and trying out new art supplies. It looks like I'll be placing a bulk order for water soluble graphite pencils!

Ready, Set ...

Thank you, to all of the artists who came to the library to draw last night. It was a lot of fun and there was some beautiful work produced for the Figure Drawing Show at the library in July.
